Fit 4 Piano Frequently Asked Questions
Question: I have both iOS (including MacBook, iPad or iPhone) and Windows operating systems, which version should I choose to purchase and download?
As the book is designed to have interactive features including pop-ups and videos, the optimum way to view it would be using iOS devices, such as MacBook, iPad or the iPhone. Apple Books should be preinstalled onto iOS devices (or you can find them easily in the App Store). Apple Books and its interface will be able to seamlessly accommodate all of the interactive features for Fit 4 Piano.
However, if you do not own any iOS devices, the book has also been made into an interactive PDF version, available to view using Adobe Reader. This version still contains all of the interactive features and videos, however, Adobe Reader's interactive PDF function is currently only available on laptops or desktop computers, as the pop-ups and videos are not supported by Adobe Reader on phones and tablets.
Question: Should I download straight to my iPad/iPhone? Or download to my computer first and then transfer to my devices?
Yes you can download straight onto your iPad/iPhone. This video shows you simple step-by-step instructions on how to do so: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alqVAU3ilOQ
Question: How many times can I download the book once I make the purchase?
Once you make a purchase, you will receive a link for your download. This link will expire in 7 days time, so please make sure you save the files and back them up accordingly as soon as you make the purchase.
Question: I purchased and downloaded the PC version (pdf file), but the videos won't play... what's going on?
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader DC, and the latest version of Flash Player. Go to Preferences/Settings in Adobe Reader, find the 'Multimedia (legacy)' tab on the left, select Flash Player as the 'Preferred Media Player'.
2. Then find the 'Multimedia Trust (legacy)' tab on the left, and select 'Allow multimedia operations'. Select the option 'Always' for Change permission for selected multimedia player.
3. Save the changes, restart your computer and try opening Fit 4 Piano again.
Question: What happens if I accidentally delete the book from my devices? Or if my device was damaged, lost or stolen and I lose access to the book?
To avoid losing your copy of the book, please make sure to back up your computer/devices regularly so you may recover any lost data. To ensure the best service experiences for customers of Fit 4 Piano, each buyer of the book will be provided with one backup copy of the book if the file is accidentally lost or deleted. Please contact us with a receipt of your original purchase and we shall arrange to make a backup copy available to you.
Question: How much available space would I need on my viewing device for Fit 4 Piano? And how long will the download take?

As the file is relatively big in size, depending on the speed of your internet connection, it could take anywhere between 10 - 50 minutes to complete the download.
